This category will contain some of the concerns that I hear expressed by my clients, both from the part of the executor, and from the part of one of the heirs.
What can I do if I think the executor is cheating me? If you suspect the executor is either planning to cheat you or the estate, or is already doing so, you are not without remedies. By prompt action, you can prevent losses, and ensure that the executor lives up to his responsibilities. To discuss a probate concern with an attorney, please contact our office at 281-351-7897 to schedule an appointment at either or Tomball, or Woodlands office. Conroe clients may call 936-271-2671. Visiting this site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Entries are provided to help you prepare for your initial attorney consultation, and should not be considered legal advice. |
